"We are so happy we had chosen this place to stay. Everything was smooth and friendly. Rh e room was spacious, the bed were very good and we had good night sleep. The food was very delicious. Every night the dinner was different and even better than the previous one. One should remember to book this option 24 hours before though. The other option for dinner is a la karte. "Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."

Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. Did not receive any refund or discount for lack of hot water in room. Due to overcrowding in spa, noise both evenings from staff in...
